Recreational Classes

We set up "circuits" and stations around the gym which allow the children to work on the floor, beam, bars, trampoline, tumble trak, double-mini, and age appropriate skill builders.  These circuits teach them strength, gross motor skills, coordination, and flexibility.  In addition, children gain self-esteem and self-confidence.
