We teach a wide variety of techniques:
Exercises developing or displaying physical agility and coordination.
The easiest way to describe this is using natural movements to condition the body. These include the locomotive skills of walking, running, jumping, balancing, crawling, and climbing.
A form of acrobatics where practitioners focus mainly on linking together chains of acrobatic kicks, flips and twists in combinations, or combos.
We strive in this class to teach the basics, from conditioning to techniques; from there we like to let our students strive to reach new goals. To each person Parkour/Freerunning can be completely different; we use this discipline as a way to express ourselves, therefore we can only take our students so far, it is up to them to push themselves.
Why Should I take this course?
We offer this class as a way to safely instruct people of all ages on how to condition and prepare for this discipline. Parkour and Freerunning are most efficiently used out in the environment, but without a solid foundation practicing can result in injuries or worse. We recommend that you never attempt any of the skills that we display without proper guidance or supervision.
Beginner Class provides the beginner student the opportunity to enhance his fitness level by participation in a variety of creative and entertaining fitness activities. The program emphasis is on skill awareness in all the Olympic events. The boys are introduced to skills on the rings, parallel bars, pommel horse, high bar, vaulting, tumbling, floor exercise, and trampoline.
