For younger children that show more advanced body awareness and skill level. We seek to challenge students that already show a love for the sport of gymnastics.
AAU teams can include Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. All gymnasts have demonstrated the necessary skills to compete at their level.
- Skill Level – All Girls Meet USAG/ AAU Guidelines
- Competing – 3-5 meets per season
Excel Teams include Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. All gymnasts have demonstrated the necessary skills to compete at their level.

- Now Competing – 5-6 meets per season
Attend 4-5 meets per season. All gymnasts have demonstrated the necessary skills to compete at their level.

Girls JO Developmental Program
OUR OBJECTIVE IS TO GUIDE ATHLETES THROUGH DEVELOPMENTAL LEVELS LEADING TO A
COMPETITIVE OPTIONAL PROGRAM. THE CURRICULUM WILL FOCUS ON STRENGTH,
FLEXIBILITY, AND TECHNIQUE AS WELL AS BUILDING THE GYMNASTS CONFIDENCE. OUR
GOAL IS TO DEVELOP EACH INDIVIDUAL’S POTENTIAL AT THEIR OWN PACE IN A SAFE
Tops A: This group is intend for gymnasts ages 4-6 years old. As the entry level of
the program, athletes will focus on building the strength, mobility and basic skills
based on the USAG Top Curriculum. (Noncompetitive Group)
Tops B: This group is intended for gymnasts ages 7-10 years old. Athletes will focus
on continuing to develop strength, flexibility and skills for based on the USAG Top
Curriculum. (Noncompetitive Group)
Compulsory Levels (Levels 4 & 5): Athletes will move from the Tops B into the
Compulsory groups and will practice 8 to 10 hours a week. In this group, athletes
will focus on learning how to compete routines which includes memorizing
choreography developing artistry, and strengthening skills required for USAG Level
4 and Level 5 routines. (Entry Competitive Group with short season)
Optional Levels (Levels 6-10) After Athletes has successfully tested out Level 4 and 5
by achieving a desired all around score at their competition gymnasts will be
invited to join the optional group. Optional Level athletes will practice anywhere
from 12-15 hours a week. This competitive team will attend a full meet season with
their own individual routines fit to their strengths.
*Movement between groups is based on individual progress their is no set move-up
date and can be moved between noncompetitive levels at any time.*
